Correcting Muscle Imbalances (and me on Twitter?)
Here’s a couple resources that you can use to help you with correcting your muscle imbalances:
Fix Your Posture to Maximize Muscle
The Following is a great new program put together by my friend Rick Kaselj. Rick is a master of correcting muscle imbalances with exercise, but he went a step further and brought in 6 more experts to give you an incredible resources. This is a must have for trainers looking for the edge on the competition.
By the way, I’m now on Twitter. I’ve also sent a bunch of text messages lately. As much as I fight it, technology is winning!! Anyway you can find me on Twitter HERE.

Hi Bill,
This is Alfonso from Spain. I watched your presentation from Muscle Imbalances Revealed and, as always, I really liked your ideas. I´ve been following you for quite a while. Your work truly helped me to be a better trainer and coach. I thank you very much for that.
I see that you are using some PRI techniques so I´ve been looking at PRI´s blog to try to get some more information about it. It seems very interesting but I was amazed with the use of lumbar flexion in a lot of the exercises they use. What´s the rationale behind this?, specially after all the research pointing against this type of movement or joint position.
Thank you very much for your help. For sure I will keep checking your work!
