I have question. How much time can a person expect to spend doing the exercises on this program? Which exercise and/or exercise set takes the longest?
Bill on October 30, 2009
It’s really impossible to say. Because of daily postures and activities or injury history, some folks will need to make a regular part of their fitness and training program. Some may utilize certain exercises for a few weeks to resolve a mobility issue. As far as your second question, I’m not sure I’m understanding what you’re meaning? Do you mean actual time to complete one exercise?

Hello from Sweden!
I am very interested in this product.
I am just curious as to how the self-assessment really works.
Do you need assistance from someone or to use a videocamera, or have you figured out ways to assess all by yourself?
Bill on November 2, 2009
There are quite a few tests you can do without assistance, but you may find it easier with assistance or to video yourself to increase objectivity.

Are there shoulder assesments and corrections on the DVD? This is the area I need help the most. Thanks.
Bill on December 17, 2009
Yes, there are shoulder assessments and corrective exercises.

Bill,
I would e-mail you but I’m not sure what you’re e-mail address is so hopefully you’ll see this post soon.
Just purchased A&C and going through the assessments and notice that when I go the Super FABER I notice that on my left side I get sort of a sharp pain that I haven’t noticed doing anything else. Is there a particular muscle involved that could be tight or something?
Thanks!
Bill on December 21, 2011
Depends on where the pain is.
