For the last 19 years or so, longer if you count athletic participation, I’ve been involved in the fields of rehab, sports training, and fitness. I’ve been fortunate to call many of the top professionals friends which only motivates me to learn more and become better at what I do.
This blog is about many things, mostly from my perspective and based on my knowledge and interests. Occasionally, I’ll provide information from my circle of top fitness and nutrition professionals and maybe even some personal development to go with it.
I also intend to make you aware of good information that can be found elsewhere. This may be in the form of books, DVD’s, websites, etc., but I can assure you that if I mention it here, it will be quality information.
