		<description>What do you usually recommend clients do on off days for recovery if their goal is strength and how many days a week would you have them do this?  Do you like for them to take the day completely off or do some light mobility or aerobic work with HR around a certain level?  Thanks and have a great weekend!</description>

Sound like it was a fantastic &quot;Arm Day.&quot; Are there times when you&#039;ll still throw in an occasional arm isolation movement in programs at IFAST? Obviously your arm day sounds like just what the doctor ordered for almost anyone, so this question is more out of curiosity than anything else.
