		<description>Bill - enjoyed your presentation in Little Rock, I/O is next on my list after I learn the moves in MM.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Chocolate: ever since I started low carbing I have made my own chocolate, a good baking chocolate, same weight of nut flour, vanilla, sugar substitute (Not much I like bitter), and enough heavy cream to soften the texture. Store in freezer.</description>
