Hi bill!
Im a swedish soon-to-be fysiotherapist. ive been reading all your and mikes articles and find them great! They put perspective on alot of the things i learn in school. Im interested in buying both the "upper body warmup" and the lower body as well. Though when i've been looking trough alot of your articles as well as the previews you have i find that there are alot of similar things to what ive already learned. So i was wondering what your suggestion would be like. Im a poor student, and i want to learn more about everything around mobility, strenght in joints and so on. What kind of literature do you suggest i should buy? I mean you have alot of stuff id like to have but i got to limit myself a little for a while atleast! :)

Cheers / Joel , Stockholm, Sweden
