		<description>Journal of Sports Rehab 2005: (14) pg 108&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Isometric, isolated hip abduction was independent of hip adduction in a single leg squat.  this was done with an athletic population.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I think there's even more to it when you look at the latest info on the insertion of biceps femoris.  It's much broader than ever thought.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bill</description>
